The executive team serves as the principle management body for the operations of eGRACE International. The team carries out the will of the Board, and is under the leadership of the Executive Director and the Associate and Assistant Executive Directors.
 

Rev. Dennis M. Busch, OGB
Founder, Executive Director 
& Ecclesiastical Leader

Dennis Busch earned a credential of ministry in 2008 and had been ministering to the people of Utah and the world ever since. As Executive Director, Busch is the chief executive of eGrace International and its subsidiaries. He is charged with oversight of all aspects of the organization from ecclesiastical services to the foundation. Dennis has served many years of public service including a term as Chancellor and Chairman of the Board of Psi Mu Mu International. He currently serves as Camerlengo of the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver, and was knighted by the Holy Order in 2009. He is a major player in the world of politics and has served as a senior official at Southern Utah University for years. In addition to his pastoral work, Busch works as an opinion editor for a newspaper, a writer for a magazine, a prolific public speaker and event coordinator.

Rev. Emily G. Holmgren
Associate Executive Director
& Chief Operations Officer

As Associate Executive Director & COO of the organization, Emily serves a vital role as second in command on our executive team. Emily caries out the day-to-day operations of eGRACE International and its subsidiaries, including accounting, legal and facility services. Emily is who keeps this organization functioning and its world-class services available to the public. Emily previously served as Chaplain and board member of Psi Mu Mu International. She is currently the Program Coordinator for Project Read in Provo, UT. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Southern Utah University.

Austin R. Hair, OGB
Assistant Executive Director
& Chief Information Officer

Austin Hair serves at the Assistant Executive Director & Chief Information Officer of eGRACE International. Austin is the third in command on the Exectuive Team, and he oversees member relations, web development and the events office. In his CIO role, Austin oversees all marketing and public aspects of the organization. Austin has loved Jesus since he can remember and loves that he can practice that love through his position. Austin was knighted by the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver in 2009, and currently serves as President of the Order's Chamber of Nine. 

Joshua Snow Hansen
Senior Director - eGRACE Foundation
& Chief Development Officer

Joshua has served as the Senior Director of the eGRACE Foundation and Chief Development Officer since the organization's inception. As director, he coordinates all charitable outreach and fund raising for the organization. Josh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Southern Utah University and is an accomplished columnist and motivational speaker. He currently works for the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

Maile Wilson
Senior Director - Accounting Services 
& Chief Financial Officer

Maile Wilson serves as CFO for eGRACE International and its subsidiaries. Maile oversees the financial and managerial accounting for eGRACE. Coordinating her efforts with the Treasurer, she provides important advice to the top executives and board members on all financial matters related to the organization. Maile attends all board meetings in an ex-officio capacity. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Utah University and is Pursuing a Master's of Public Administration.

Kassy A. Norton, OGB
Director - Legal Services

Kassy Norton is the Director of Legal services and coordinates all legal efforts for eGRACE International and its subsidiaries. She acts as a legal advisor, and liaison between outside external legal offices. Kassy has been a member of eGRACE since the formative stages of the organization. She was the first female executive at eGRACE to have earned the prestigious OGB knighthood from the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver.

Devin Yakiwchuk, OGB
Director - Youth Ministry & Outreach

Devin Yakiwchuk has dedicated his life to interaction with the youth of his community, and he has put those skills to use as the Director of Youth Ministry & Outreach. In this position, and as a part of our executive team, Devin works to ensure that eGRACE International is serving the youth of the community to the best of its ability. He simply loves young people. Devin was Knighted by the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver in 2009 and serves on the Order's Privy Council. He is pursuing a Bachelor's degree from Utah Valley University.

Kyle Pulsipher, OGB
Director -  Information Technology

Kyle is the Director of Information Technology for eGRACE. In this position he oversees all computer, data management and web services for the organization. Kyle is an invaluable member of our executive team, as he keeps our operations running. Kyle also serves as a Privy Councilor for the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver, and was awarded a knighthood in 2009. He is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

Jami Bonner
Director - Member Relations

Jami heads up the Member Relations Office, and is charged with updating membership rosters and maintaining good relations with all of our eGRACE members. She understand that eGRACE values its members highly, and communicates that to them in all her interactions. Jami is instrumental in organizing Board selections, as well as other member-based initiatives. Jami is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication at Southern Utah University.
