BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors serves as the senior administrative body for the organization. The board elects a Chairman, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary to carry out some of the executive functions of the board. The Executive Director sits ex-officio and may not serve in the board leadership.
