About the Board

The Board of Directors serves as the senior administrative body for the organization. There are thirteen voting directors. The board elects a Chairman, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary to carry out some of the executive functions of the board. The Executive Director sits ex-officio as a non-voting member.

Rev. Cameron L. Williams, OGB
Chairman of the eGRACE Board
of Directors
Utah Valley University

Cameron Williams has served as a Member Director on the Board of Directors since the founding of the eGRACE, and is honored to serve as its chairman. He has been a lifelong church goer and his efforts to the eGRACE community have been incalculable. He served a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Marshall Islands, reaching out to the people of the area. Cameron is also an accomplished author, and currently studying English. Cameron is the Supreme Governor and Grand Gilded Beaver of the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver, and was knighted by the Order in 2009. As Chairman, Cameron chairs all meetings of the Board and is entrusted to make provisional decisions on the Board's behalf. With his strong background in business, religion and education, Cameron will continue to provide great service and leadership to the congregation for years to come.

Mrs. Laura Wilson McAllister
Vice Chairwoman
The Michael O. Leavitt Center for Politics and Public Service

As Vice Chairwoman of the Board, Laura provides leadership for the other directors and all members of eGRACE. She runs all meetings in the absence of the Chairman and serves as his general deputy. She also chairs the board's Government Relations Committee. She is currently the Associate Director of the Michael O. Leavitt Center for Politics and Public Service at Southern Utah University. She is also the Alumni Representative for Thunderbirds for eGRACE. Laura holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from SUU and is married to Tyler, the Secretary of T-Birds for eGRACE.

Mr. Jesse D. Holt
Treasurer
American Red Cross

Jesse serves as eGRACE's Treasurer and is charged with the oversight of all financial matters in conjunction with the CFO. He serves as chairman of the board's audit committee. Jesse is not new to board work, having previously served on the Board of Trustees of both Southern Utah University and College of Eastern Utah He currently works for the American Red Cross in Salt Lake City. Jesse has a bachelor's degree in Communication from SUU, and is married to Kiersten.

Mr. Jarrett A. Killpack, OGB
Secretary
Idaho Technology

Jarrett is a tireless champion of the downtrodden and disenfranchised. He is one of the most active members of the board, working hard to spread the influence of eGRACE. He serves as Secretary, and in that role he officially maintains all records of the Board and organization. He was knighted by the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver in 2009, and currently serves as on the Privy Council. Jarrett is a 2009 graduate of Brigham Young University and a professional chemist.

Mrs. Linda L. Bauer
Southern Utah University

Linda Bauer is a valuable asset to eGRACE. She has worked hard to make the organization successful, especially the eGRACE Foundation. Linda is a former Miss Iron County, and an alumna of Southern Utah University. She is currently an Alumni Specialist for SUU Alumni Relations. Linda also serves as the staff advisor for the Thunderbirds for eGRACE club at SUU. She is married to Richard, and enjoys playing with her 3 grandchildren.

Mr. Isaac Holyoak
 Purdue University

Isaac Holyoak has been on the board since eGRACE's creation. His dedication to the initiatives of eGRACE have made the organization a success. He serves as chairman of eGRACE's Communication Committee, overseeing the organization's public image. Isaac has a degree in Communication and Public Relations from Southern Utah University and currently teaches at the university level at Purdue.

Ms. Kathleen C. Busch
Progressive Activist and Socialite

Katie Busch joined eGRACE in ts beginning stages, following her brother, Dennis Busch, in his quest to create the organization. She is also a member of the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver. She works closely with the eGRACE Foundation, raising money for various eGRACE charities. Katie also serves as the Managing Director of the Dixie Office of eGRACE International. She is a graduate of the Heritage Hair Academy in St. George, Utah and currently resides in Washington County.

Mr. Elston McMaster, OGB
Utah College of Massage therapy

Elston McMaster is one of the newest addition to the Board of Directors, but has been with eGRACE since its inception. Elston previously served on the Executive Team before his appointment to the Board. As a proud Navajo, Elston oversees the Native American Outreach initiative at eGRACE. He is currently the Bronze Beaver and Chancellor of the Duchy of Chutney of the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver, and received the prestigious OGB knighthood in 2009.

Mr. David P. Hansen, OGB
The University of Utah

Dave Hansen is one of the newest members of the board of directors. He is committed to supporting causes he finds worthwhile, and eGRACE is one of those. He serves as chairman of the eGRACE International Outreach Committee, working to expand the organization's relations with countries throughout the world. Dave is an alumnus of Brigham Young University and currently attends the University of Utah studying international relations. He was knighted by the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver in 2009.

Ms. Sara Shannon
 New York City Bar Association

Sara Shannon is no stranger to public service, and was honored to take a seat on the board to help steer the organization. Sara became acquainted with eGRACE while in Washington, DC, and has been involved in some capacity ever since. A political activist, Sara never stops working to better her country. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Kansas.

Mr. Spencer J. Cawley, OGB
Brigham Young University

Spencer Cawley has been associated with eGRACE since its beginning. Spencer is currently finishing a Bachelor's Degree at BYU in Asian Studies, and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. He oversees the eGRACE Asian Outreach Initiative, the organization's newest program. Spencer is a Governing Father Emeritus of the Holy Order of the Gilded Beaver, and was knighted by the order for his service in 2009.

Sen. Russell A. Kennedy
Southern Utah University Student Association

Russell is a senator representing the students of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Russell has won numerous awards at SUU, including the prestigious Male Contributor of the Year at the Thunderbird Awards. Russell has worked in the White House and served as a political consultant before running for his current elected position. He works hard to ensure that eGRACE continues to offer the high caliber of services to the least amongst society.

Rev. Dennis Busch, OGB
Executive Director

Rev. Dennis Busch is the founder and Executive Director of eGRACE International, and is and ex-officio and non-voting member of the Board of Directors. He chairs the Board's nominating Committee, which selects new members for the board. He provides spiritual and temporal guidance to the members of the board, and is charged with carrying out their decisions with his Executive Team.
